Dogs with hemangiosarcoma in a new clinical trial

Clinical trial for dog

Meet Memphis, the first dog enrolled in a new clinical trial aimed at curing hemangiosarcoma ( angiosarcoma, only in dogs). Dr. Jaime Modiano at the University of Minnesota is overseeing this trial, which uses an investigational new drug that has been designed to specifically kill malignant hemangiosarcoma  cells. Positive results from this trial could pave the way for trials in humans. More information regarding Dr. Modiano.

  1. How can we find out if our beagle/bassett mix recently diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma could participate in the clinical treatment trial for this canine disease? What has the outcome been and success rate of survival?

  2. Of course the link to your site won’t open as so many other alternative cancer sites.
My beloved dog was diagnosed with angio, hermanio sarcoma. I am interested in to hear of your clinical studies and results.

  3. How can we find out if our golden retreiver (recently diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma) could participate in the clinical treatment trial for this canine disease being conducted at the University of Minnesota by Dr. Modiano?

    • Please tell me the inclusion and exclusion criteria for this trial. (Canine hemangiosarcoma)
Also, what other investigational sites are being used in this study? Are you aware of any other similar clinical trials?Thank you.
